In just over a week, we will be at Pontypridd Rugby Club for a morning of fun FREE activities. Whether you're sporty or creative, there is something for everyone. 

We welcome everyone of all ages to take part, activities will be both indoor and outdoor, and there will be free drinks and biscuits.
