Cllr Lyndon Bengough the Town Mayor was a recent visitor to the Pontypridd Men's Shed group who are based at Taff Meadow Community Centre in Treforest. The Town Council have been supporting the group since it's inception in March this year and they were visited by Town Clerk Tony Graham and the Mayor who were keen to see how the group were doing. Shed Chair Gareth Pugh said " we have increased our membership from the original four members to the thirty plus we have now, we are so grateful to the Town Council who have supported and advised us over the past eight months. We are very happy to make a donation to the Mayors charity and to give him a Bird Box to be used as a raffle prize."
The Shed meet every Wednesday at Taff Meadow from 10-12, new members very welcome.

We are delighted to share our latest Biodiversity and Resilience of Ecosystems Report, outlining the projects and initiatives we’ve undertaken to enhance local habitats and support wildlife across Pontypridd. We hope you enjoy reading the report and discovering more about the wonderful green spaces we care for in and around our town.
