Mayor Statement
"I felt honoured to be nominated by fellow councillors for the role of Mayor of Pontypridd 2019.
I look forward to meeting residents over the coming year in my duties as Mayor.
In my term the charities I wish to support are:
Help 4 Heroes
- community recovery team. Based on Treforest Ind estate, providing opportunities for sick, wounded and injured, military personnel.
Friends of animals Wales
- a small, local animal charity - looking after and rehoming animals.
Diabetic Dragons are a group that brings children and their families together for support and help with type 1 diabetes."
